Today, started e day at 8am by waking dear up..
hehe.. den go bak to slp le.. after tat, the "glass" woke me up.
dono y the hell she came so early. den so late start baking.
after tat, dear came. so started making the crabstick with mayo.
halfway thru i sianz of tearing it up, so just ate e rest normally.
shld hav chill the mayo crabstick, will be much better lo.
soon after, started the spagetti. had to make 3 shares la. -.-
Stupid glass today whole day be lightbulb.
come bake cake den stay so long. ROAR!
but lastly, e mango pudding only i n dear eat la.
haha! den after tat drink red wine.
cant believe after 1 cup my face so red le la. diaox.
after better le so send dear home le.
think bukit batok our fav place le.
forever go there for dinner one. haha!
after which, reach dear de home le.
den bring dog go walk walk. pro dog lo.
att 2 humans, 2 cats, & "befriend" a dog.
can't believe it attacked e dog too.
crazy crazy. oh well. walk the dog 2hrs plus.
den send dear home & went home le. xD

Today been a very tiring day.. went to Tamp de ntuc..
coz buying the ingredients to make the jelly hearts..
took almost 1hr for the whole shopping plus travelling..
so we bought, Digestive biscuits, butter, cream cheese,
icing sugar, gelatin, vanilla essence, jelly crystal & strawberries!
so reach wai's home, den started doin le.. very long process..
So we started by crumbling the biscults.. that was the base!
very nice base lo.. den pour melted butter in, den stir it tgt..
after which we let it set for 30mins.. so we proceed on to the cheese!
stir the cheese n mix with vanilla essence.. hell it la.. stir 30min leh!
so we pour the cheese onto the base, n den again, let it set..
IT FREAKING TOOK 3hrs! WTFFFFFFFF!! very time consuming..
so last part was, to make the jelly.. add boiling water to the crystal,
den totally dissolve le den add cold water!
place the strawberries on the cheese first,
den pour the solution onto the cheese, gently! haha..
den hor, the strawberries started floating! omg man, had a hard time..
had to push all the strawberries onto the cheese, den make dao so nt nice looking..
oh well, den let it set again.. this time take 2hr 30min.. wtf la..
so after which, wanted to give dear a surprise, so took train..
so nan de.. i don take train de lo.. so from Tampanies all the way to Jurong East!
After which run to dear de house, den called her.. freaking hell.. so many miss cal,
she still haven ans.. Make me so pissed off can.. end up put on floor, den stood there..
make sure no one take.. Dear finally ans, den i told her i left it on the floor, so i left..
gt so so angry la.. wanted to smash the whole jelly heart cheese cake..
but did not.. as i left, i gt so angry till i felt like crying lo.. wonder y i so stupid..
wan to give dear a surprise, travel so much, spend so much time n money,
just to pass the cheese cake.. wonder why the hell i shld fall in love..
i also scolded dear, for not picking up the phone after i called so many times..
so slowly, the thoughts just came in, felt so bad that i scolded dear,
went its not really her fault she charging hp & din noe i m calling..
i wanted ti be stupid, just coz it would make dear happy..
as for why wan fall in love, is just because of dear..
wad better reasons are there =)
